ive been contemplating if i should start contemplating in purchasing my own home.....
collosal decision which needs to be validated by my parents. the longer i wait im sure the more its going to get expensive in the end. 8 years ago, i started thinking of purchasing tiles so that when i get to 'build' a home i have gotten materials that are cheaper. ideally theres an overlooking beachscape and not flood-waterscape! its not as easy.
